We implement Lifestyle Program through 6 areas:
Your daughter will be raising awareness through music and arts, learning about different instruments and techniques. We have 18 varieties of instruments.
Makerspace an area where they develop creativity, making prototypes of mechanics, electricity, and others using different tools such as a hammer, screwdriver, brushes, etc. and recycled materials.
Your daughter will learn the basics of nutrition to have a balanced diet. They begin their independence by preparing their own food.
We develop awareness about the safety use of digital sites through dynamic and fun classes taught in English. Topics such as: responsibility in the digital world, strong passwords, online identity, languages on the internet, among others.
Through talks and activities we form the affectivity as well as the self-knowledge of each student and their family environment.
We make our students aware of the importance of taking care of the environment and the impact for the future. They learn about different types of plants and their edible and healing functions.
Our students' classes put them at the center of learning, through routines and thinking skills, flipped classroom, PBL (Project Based Learning), gamification, collaborative learning, etc.
The educational technology program is given through the use of iPad, through the Arukay System, where they learn the basics of coding in a fun way.
We work with Google for Education platform.
English
The Instituto Lomas del Real is a bilingual school 50% of the program is taught in English, so our students acquire all the skills and develop as a second language.
French
We have 2 French classes a week as an immersion to the culture and the language.
